This is Amazing!

I am listening to a sermon by a great pastor CJ Mahaney and I can not get a thought. Mark 10:32-37
They were on the road, going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was walking ahead of them. They were astonished, but those who followed Him were afraid. And taking the Twelve aside again, He began to tell them the things that would happen to Him.
10:33
"Listen! We are going up to Jerusalem. The Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and the scribes, and they will condemn Him to death. Then they will hand Him over to the Gentiles,

and they will mock Him, spit on Him, flog Him, and kill Him, and He will rise after three days."
10:35
Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, approached Him and said, "Teacher, we want You to do something for us if we ask You."
10:36
"What do you want Me to do for you?" He asked them.
10:37
"Grant us," they answered Him, "that we may sit at Your right and at Your left in Your glory."

These guys don't get it. Jesus just told them that He was going to be killed and they have the guts to say "that great but who of us are the greatness." They don't get it but I wonder how many times we don't get it. How many times through out our days don't we get that Jesus is Lord and we are not? So how are going to make sure that you are not prideful today but let Jesus be the Lord of your life.
