Getting Dirty

The last few days have been long and hard for me. I have been trying to get back into the swing of things and have not been able to. Then something this morning has hit me. One of the things that I have been thinking a lot about is unity in leadership. Leadership is never easy but what is the hardest thing is when you take leadership and you add what God's word says about what we are called to do. This will and has caused fights. What do we, as leaders, do when that happens? We need to get dirty. So that we as leaders can put our pride and selflessness to the side we need to get down and wash the feet of the men that we serve and serve with. When was the last time that you do something like that? It is not easy but right before Jesus serves his leaders His last supper he got down and washed there feet. So what are you going to do? Are you going to just keep fighting or are you going to get dirty.
